Prepaid Card Sponsorship
Prepaid Cards (also known as Stored Value Cards) are quickly becoming the preferred method of gift giving, funds distribution and payment for businesses and consumers alike.

First California Bank's EPS division operations and staff are recognized as industry leaders in the issuance of prepaid cards. We work with multiple program managers from across the country to implement prepaid programs in all vertical markets including but not limited to the various prepaid cards listed below. We issue prepaid cards that are MasterCard, Visa or Discover branded, and we also work with and issue prepaid cards for the regional networks. We work with a variety of processors in order to offer a streamlined implementation.
